Defense Technology Security Administration selects Wedgewood to conduct Strategic Planning

WASHINGTON, DC—Wedgewood Consulting Group, Inc., a small, woman-owned management consulting and customized learning solutions firm, was selected to lead the Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA) through strategic planning for 2007. Wedgewood will coach DTSA stakeholders through a strategic development process that will yield key strategic elements such as a defined mission, vision, core competencies, strategic goals and objectives, and a resource management strategy. The Strategic Plan that Wedgewood will develop with the results will provide a foundation for DTSA's organizational and employee development for 2007.
