Wedgewood Hires Lisa Decker for Washington, DC Office

WASHINGTON, DC—Wedgewood Consulting Group, Inc., a small, woman-owned management consulting and customized learning solutions firm, announces the hiring of Lisa Decker as an Associate Consultant. Ms. Decker will join the firm's Washington, DC office and serve on Project Teams dealing with various workforce initiatives in direct support of The Air Force, Deputy Chief of Staff, Operations, Plans & Requirements. She will also provide administrative support for additional Wedgewood clients throughout the Department of Defense.

As a former U.S. Air Force Staff Sergeant, Ms. Decker has experience managing personnel and their employment of communication technology assets. Prior to joining Wedgewood, Ms. Decker was a Manager of a 12.5 million dollar restaurant where she implemented a new employee training and development program. During this time, she also served as Head Teaching Assistant for a System Business course at the Boston University School of Management.

Ms. Decker's extensive background in management, training and development will be an asset to the Washington, DC team.
