Wedgewood Wins Career Field Development Contract with Air Force, Deputy Chief of Staff, Operations, Plans & Requirements (A3/5)

WASHINGTON, DCL—Wedgewood Consulting Group, Inc., a small, woman-owned management consulting and customized learning solutions firm, was selected to provide assistance in developing and establishing an Operations Career Field for the Air Force, Deputy Chief of Staff, Operations, Plans & Requirements (A3/5). Wedgewood will work with A3/5 to analyze the Operations community, develop an effective concept and implementation approach, and provide implementation and communications management support.

"Our project team possesses extensive experience establishing Air Force Career Fields based on previous work developing the International Affairs Career Field for the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs (SAF/IA). Wedgewood's foundational knowledge and experience will enable us to meet A3/5 requirements in the most cost-effective manner. The Operations Career Field will provide deliberate training, education resources, and assignment experiences to Air Force civil service personnel in the Operations community.
