Wedgewood awarded Defense Technology Security Administration Strategic Plan Implementation contract
WASHINGTON, DC—Wedgewood Consulting Group, Inc., a small, woman-owned management consulting and customized learning solutions firm, was selected in January 2007 to lead the development of the Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA) Fiscal Year 2007–2008 Strategic Plan. In August 2007, DTSA selected Wedgewood to provide implementation and performance measurement support for its Strategic Plan and internal management controls program. The goal of the collaboration is to create a line of sight from DTSA employees' individual performance to the organization's mission and strategic goals. Wedgewood will partner with DTSA to establish directorate performance goals and metrics; process map mission critical programs and administrative functions; and develop scoreboards to illustrate organizational performance.
