Ms. Jamie Leddin

Jamie founded Wedgewood Group in early 2001 to create an effective partner for public sector organizations. Since its inception, Jamie has ensured Wedgewood Group delivers the exemplary service and the standard of excellence clients deserve and come to expect. Jamie leads Wedgewood Group’s Executive Coaching practice. She has extensive experience working with organizations to develop leaders, create organizational learning strategies, and conduct executive coaching sessions. For Jamie, she thrives on providing honest counsel to senior leaders who seek personal and professional growth.

Her experience as an executive coach creates a strong trust bond with her partner leaders. Jamie’s partnerships include multiple Department of Defense agencies, several non-profits, FranklinCovey, and Tufts University.


Dr. Patrick Leddin, PMP

Patrick serves as Managing Director and leads Wedgewood Group’s Team Planning and Execution practice. He is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the firm’s services and solutions.

Patrick has over 20 years of experience advising government agencies, non-profit organizations, and Fortune 500 companies on the development and execution of strategy at all levels. He is a seasoned leader who has collaborated with teams from the United States Air Force, other DoD organizations, and over 100 companies, including Eli Lilly and Company, Frito Lay, Caterpillar, Sony Corporation of America, and Barilla International. He helps organizations set strategic direction, but more importantly, works with teams to implement the changes necessary to get there.

Patrick earned his PhD in Communication with an emphasis on Organizational and Instructional Communication from the University of Kentucky. He completed his executive coaching education through a partnership between Columbia University and FranklinCovey, and is a FranklinCovey certified facilitator in Leadership, Execution, and Building Business Acumen. In addition, Patrick holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Speaker’s Bureau.

Prior to Wedgewood Group, Patrick worked for the FranklinCovey Company and KPMG Consulting. His career began as an infantry officer in the United States Army, serving as a company commander, executive officer, and platoon leader. His experience in the military includes completing airborne, jumpmaster, and ranger schools.


Ms. Katherine Parramore

Kate serves as senior advisor to Wedgewood Group on organizational effectiveness. She continues to support both the US Department of State (DSATA) and USAID in a variety of OE roles, most recently in Afghanistan (2009-‘10) leading the evaluation and restructuring of the Afghan Civil Service Institute (ACSI) on behalf of USAID. Kate has worked with DoJ (FBI, ICITAP) and multiple DHS components such TSA, ICE, CBP, and FEMA, as well as in engagements with senior personnel from the Office of Protective Operations, Central Intelligence Agency. She has over two decades of award winning experience internationally in the assessment, design and development of learning and performance organizations, academies and institutes worldwide.

Kate has been part of teams twice named to “Training’s Top 100” as well as being a recipient of the American Society for Training & Development’s (ASTD) “BEST” award for learning and performance excellence with “Orkin University” whose #1 ranking in 2003 eclipsed such DC notables as Booz Allen Hamilton, The Naval Labs and Defense Acquisition University (DAU).
