Our process begins by collaborating with your senior leaders to first understand the exact role of a given department/division and perform in-depth analysis of how it integrates into the overall direction of the organization. Once this phase is completed, we then change gears and arrange meetings with several key junior level associates – the ones typically responsible for executing the day to day responsibilities of that particular team/unit. Utilizing this two-tiered approach provides us with the insight necessary to understand all functions of a given business unit – at both the “macro” and “micro” levels. We then organize all of the data and transfer the information into a formatted document that is easily comprehensible and ready for mass production/distribution, if necessary.
