Our process begins with a comprehensive assessment, in which we use our proprietary tools and processes, to understand both the internal and external environments of your organization. We then conduct an interactive, comprehensive leadership planning session – during which we work with you to define your organization’s mission, vision, values, core competencies and long-term strategies.
Once a strategic framework has been established, we conduct smaller, similar planning sessions with all segments of your organization in order to collaborate with team members on all levels. This comprehensive approach enables you to create a detailed and effective “roadmap” of goals and objectives to best execute your strategic plan, inserting checkpoints to ensure that each activity is on path to reach the goal(s) you have set.
Most importantly, we closely monitor the performance of the strategic plan through the use of measurement tools such as scoreboards and scorecards. We carefully examine how well the organization is delivering on predefined objectives and metrics – building momentum on your organization’s successes while fixing the areas where benchmarks are not being achieved.
