Six Sigma Green Belt Training provides an overview of the Six Sigma concepts and tools including Six Sigma deployment practices, project development, and the Design-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) problem-solving approach. - Black Belt Training and Certification
Six Sigma Black Belt Trainees focus on the DMAIC approach in detail, while managing Green Belt project implementation with coaching from our Master Black Belt.
