- Without leadership support and involvement Lean Six Sigma initiatives fail. As champions, leaders advocate Lean Six Sigma principles to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations. This course will help champions successfully deploy Lean Six Sigma methods and select projects. More specifically, this course enables champions to align strategic business objectives and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, implement a deployment plan, and define the champion leadership roles in supporting and executing that plan.
- Green Belt Training and Certification
- Green Belts gain a firm understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools including deployment practices, project development, and the Design-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) method to improve processes. Individuals receive hands-on instruction and coaching as they complete a Lean Six Sigma project and prepare for the Green Belt Certification exam. - Black Belt Training and Certification
- Black Belts gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the DMAIC model in accordance with Lean Six Sigma principles. Individuals receive hands-on instruction and coaching from our Master Black Belt, while leading a team of Green Belts through project development and implementation. Black Belts will complete this training and have the knowledge, skills, and practical experience to serve as improvement experts in organizations to continually ensure that Lean Six Sigma projects align with and support strategic business objectives.
